While Barcelona was at the top of my list to visit, Valencia captured my attention after I became a mother. Our friends, who have children of their own, couldn't stop raving about Valencia and the unique experience it offered for families, promising an great experience that would entertain both kids and adults alike. Having already experienced Barcelona both solo and with my children, I felt compelled to see for myself whether Valencia could live up to the promise or if Barcelona would remain my favorite Spanish city.
